Terms of Service

Welcome to Penjiang® (operated by Shenzhen Qishi International Trade Co., Ltd.). By accessing our website (including but not limited to penjiang.com and api.zhixiaoyi.com) or by placing an order for our products, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our services or purchasing our products (including Stainless Steel Basins, Smart Self-Watering Pots, and Collapsible Camping Gear), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

2. Product Specifications & Customization (OEM/ODM)

  • Accuracy: We strive to ensure all technical specifications, dimensions, and material grades (e.g., SUS304, TPE/PP) are accurate. However, slight variations may occur during mass production.
  • Customization: For OEM orders, the client is responsible for providing accurate branding assets (logos, artwork). Penjiang® is not liable for errors in final products resulting from incorrect client-provided specifications.
  • Samples: Wholesale clients are encouraged to request samples. Once a sample is approved and mass production begins, the approved sample serves as the quality benchmark.

3. Orders and Payments

  • Quotations: All price quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated, due to fluctuations in raw material costs (e.g., stainless steel, plastic resins).
  • Payment Terms: Standard terms are 30% T/T deposit in advance, with the remaining 70% balance due before shipment, unless otherwise negotiated in a formal Proforma Invoice (PI).
  • Taxes: Unless specified, prices do not include import duties, VAT, or local taxes in the destination country.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Logistics: We offer EXW, FOB, and CIF terms. Risk of loss or damage transfers to the buyer once the goods are handed over to the carrier under the agreed Incoterms.
  • Lead Times: Production lead times are estimates. While we maintain a 95%+ on-time delivery rate, Penjiang® is not liable for delays caused by global shipping congestion, customs inspections, or Force Majeure.

5. Quality Warranty & Returns

  • Inspection: Buyers must inspect goods within 15 days of arrival. Any structural defects or quantity discrepancies must be reported in writing with photo/video evidence.
  • Warranty: * Stainless Steel Basins: 5-year structural warranty against rust (under normal use).
    • Smart/Collapsible Products: 1-year limited warranty on material elasticity and mechanical parts.
  • Exclusions: Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, improper installation, or extreme weather conditions exceeding product specifications.

6. Intellectual Property

  • Ownership: All content on this site, including the Penjiang® trademark, product designs, CAD drawings, and high-resolution imagery, is the exclusive property of Shenzhen Qishi International Trade Co., Ltd.
  • Limited License: Wholesale partners are granted a non-exclusive license to use our product imagery for marketing purposes only while they remain an active client.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Penjiang® shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of profits) arising from the use of our products or website.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Shenzhen, Guangdong.
